Online Record Search
WebPro50

While you can use more information to narrow your search, any field can be left blank. For instance, you can enter a street name without entering a street number, parcel, or owner in order to get results for the whole street.

You can search for parcel information by owner, street, or parcel ID number. In the examples below, the input field is shown in bold type and bracket marks - [ ] - are used to identify example input shown in italicized text. You do not input either of these marks in the search form.

For Owner, input names in last name, first name order. The first name and last name are not separate fields. If you input [Doe] or [DOE], the search will return all parcels with an owner listed with the last name of "Doe", plus any other names with begin with "Doe", such as "Doerring".

  • Deeds with multiple owners are recorded with the first person's name on the deed used for indexing. Therefore, the additional owners' names cannot be search against. For example, if the property is owned jointly by John A Doe and James B Dough, and John's name is listed first on the deed, it will be indexed by "Doe John A & Dough James B". A search for [Dough] would not produce the information for that parcel.

For Street, input the street name only to get all streets listed under the same name. For example, entering [Oak] would yield "Oak Rd", "Oakland St", "Royal Oaks Blvd", etc.

  • If you want to limit your search to "Oak Street", input only [Oak St] without placing a period after the "St" because no periods are used in the street abbreviations in our database. This search will yield all streets shown as "St" with "Oak" in the name, such as "Oak St", Oakland St", or "Royal Oak St".
  • If you want to limit your search to a particular address, such as "101 Oak Street", input the street as [Oak St] for the street name and the [101] in the Street Number field. This would show the entire street with "Oak" in the street name, a designation of "St", and a number which includes the numbers in the sequence of "101".

For Parcel ID, input the number shown on your last assessment notice exactly as it is shown, including blank spaces and the decimal point. A standard Parcel ID would be composed of the following information, with 'n' representing a numeral and 'A' representing a letter:

Map Group Parcel
nnnA A nnn.nn

There are three possible formats shown below with 'n' representing a numeral and 'A' representing a letter:

Standard Condominium Leasehold
[nnnA A nnn] [nnnA A nnn.nn] [nnnA A nnn.nn nnn]
  • If you input only the Map and Group numerals, the search would return all parcels listed under the Map and SubMap numerals you entered. This would be an extremely large file that would take a long time to download, so it is suggested that you target your search as closely as you can to get the information you want quickly.
  • Once you select a parcel to review, the additional tabs provide a variety of formats and choices.
